This very much sought after 1991 Kawasaki ZZR1100 has recently been imported from Japan where it has spent all its life.

This and the fact it's only showing 25831 km (16200 miles) and has been in dry storage for the last umpteen years have helped maintain its boyish good looks.

We have been unable to confirm this mileage reading. Please disregard it.

As you can see this bike has a few nice aftermarket parts –

4:1 exhaust system, tinted screen, braided brake lines & straight handlebar conversion.

The bike arrived with fresh fuel in the tank & life in the battery.

BUT NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS.

This is the actual bike you are bidding on – Not library pictures.

The wheels look straight with clean alloy, good discs, calipers & working master cylinders.

Forks & yokes look straight.

Mudguard is solid.

Taillight assy is good as are the headlight & indicators.

Instruments & switches look good.

Throttles are free sliding off the twist grip.

Paintwork is bright and solid with the inevitable marks here & there, fuel tank is squeaky-clean inside and has just minor dents/marks & scratches in the original paint.

Chain guard is tidy.

Shock absorber is damping fine.

The engine turns over nicely off the starter – sounds/feels great & has compression but the fuel pump doesn't seem to be working – We had had it running off a dummy tank.

Larger bikes or destinations in Scotland, Cornwall or within the M25 area will cost more.
