This Tax & MOT exempt 1982 Yamaha XZ550 Vision has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the climate is far kinder to motorcycles than ours.

We have been unable to confirm this mileage reading. Please disregard it.

As you can see this bike has got a few bits missing, a few bits damaged/broken, a few bits rusty/corroded & a few bits are very nice indeed.

The wheels look straight with clean alloy rims, good hubs & brake plate, disc, caliper & working master cylinder.

Forks & yokes look straight with good chrome.

Mudguard is solid.

Taillight assy is good as are the headlight.

Instruments & switches look good.

Carburettors are free sliding off the twist grip.

Seat base is in good condition throughout.

The engine we have had firing/running on easystart spray but the fuel system & carbs will need attention.

We can also apply on your behalf for a fee of £200.

UK delivery can be arranged with a fully insured motorcycle courier.

Local delivery is available – We charge £2/mile from ST59JJ to your destination,

e.g. if you live 40 miles away it will cost £80.

Minimum charge £45.

National deliveries start at £195 inc for a standard size motorcycle to most mainland destinations –

Larger bikes or destinations in Scotland, Cornwall or within the M25 area will cost more.
