1990 Honda XLR250R Unregistered JAP Import Classic Running Restoration Project
As you can see this bike is complete & very original. It has stood a while, so the battery is flat, paintwork is faded, tyres & seat cover are perished. Sadly, the front brake lever is broken.
Paintwork is slightly faded but solid, fuel tank is squeaky-clean inside and has just minor dents/marks & scratches in the original paint. Exhaust is original & solid. The engine turns over nicely off the kick starter – sounds/feels great & has compression BUT BEST OF ALL when we gave it a few prods it fires, starts, runs & revs but it is obvious the carb needs attention.
