1971 Yamaha R5 350 Twin Unregistered US Import Classic Restoration Project
This well-respected, uncommon, 1971 Yamaha R5 350 Twin has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the air is thin and the climate is far kinder to motorcycles than ours.
As you can see this bike has a few parts missing – Battery, tank emblems, ball end off the front brake lever and front LH rider footpeg rubber being the most obvious.
This bike is a clean and original example of a popular classic.
The engine is cosmetically clean. BUT BEST OF ALL when we hooked it up to a battery and fed fresh fuel through the carb we had it firing/running & revving.
