2001 Honda FTR223 Unregistered JAP Import Classic Running Restoration Project
As you can see this bike has a few parts missing – Inner & rear mudguard being the most obvious. It has stood a while so the seat cover is perished.
Forks & yokes look straight but lightly pitted. Instruments & switches look good. Carburettor is free sliding off the twist grip. Paintwork is slightly faded but solid, fuel tank is useably clean inside and has just minor dents/marks & scratches in the original paint. Exhausts is non-original & solid. Shock absorber is damping fine. BUT BEST OF ALL there is life in the battery & fresh fuel in the tank and the engine readily starts, runs & revs.
