This well-respected, tax and MOT exempt, 1982 Honda CX500C has recently been imported from North America where its spent all its life.
As you can see it's got a few bits missing; indicators, decals and grabrail being the most obvious.
But it's also undergone a few changes including; the rear mudguard has been cut and sprayed, Non-standard seat, handlebars, tailight, front indicators and mirrors have been fitted and most of the usual chrome parts have been sprayed black.
The wheels look straight with good clean alloy rims.
Forks look straight with bright chrome.
Headlight and tailight look ok.
Instruments look ok and switches move freely.
The tank is squeaky clean inside.
Sidepanels look solid but have been painted, as has the tank.
Carb is free-sliding off the twist grip.
Standard exhausts have been sprayed but feel solid.
When we hooked it up to a good battery and fed it some fresh fuel it starts, runs and revs !

Larger bikes or destinations in Scotland, Cornwall or within the M25 area will cost more.
