1973 Honda CB350G Disc Unregistered US Import Classic Restoration Project
This rare and much sought after 1973 Honda CB350G Disc has recently been imported from North America where it has spent all its life – the air is thin and the climate is far kinder to motorcycles than ours. This and the fact it's only showing 6162 miles and has been in dry storage for the last umpteen years have helped maintain its boyish good looks.
As you can see this bike has a few parts missing – battery and ball end off the front brake lever being the most obvious. There are a few blemishes in the original paintwork.
This is the actual bike you are bidding on – Not library pictures from 50 years ago & it is every bit as nice as it looks here.....A true time warp machine!
The wheels are straight with nice clean chrome rims. The forks and yokes look straight and gators are intact. The tail light assy is good as are the headlight and bowl. Instruments look ok and switches move freely. The paintwork is slightly faded but solid, fuel tank is useably clean inside. The seat base is in good condition throughout. The indicators are tidy. The chain guard is tidy. Both mud guards are straight and bright. The standard exhaust is solid.
The engine is cosmetically clean. We have had it firing/running & revving but the fuel system & carbs will need attention.
